In those articules the legal analysis were presented concerning the correct form of drugs prescribed by doctors employed in the hospitals or privately practicing. We discussed refundation method and legal, finansial and penal responsibility for the possible mistakes. Also the most common mistakes were pointed according to the medical documentation.
