Wpływ czasu rozpadu tabletek ulegających rozpadowi w jamie ustnej na współpracę z pacjentem

Celem badań było wyznaczenie czasu rozpadu tabletek ulegających rozpadowi w jamie ustnej dla produktu badanego oraz dla tabletek uznanych jako produkt referencyjny. W badaniach czasu rozpadu wykorzystano metodę Motohito i wsp. [4] Uzyskane wyniki oceniano statystycznie. Oceniając wyniki średnich czasów rozpadu tabletek produktu referencyjnego i badanego 5 mg należy stwierdzić, że nie wykazują statystycznie istotnych różnic na poziomie istotności 0,05. Wraz ze wzrostem zawartości olanzapiny w tabletkach 10 mg, 15 mg i 20 mg wydłużał się wyraźnie czas rozpadu tabletek produktu referencyjnego w stosunku do tabletek produktu badanego 10 mg, 15 mg i 20 mg. Wydłużenie czasu rozpadu tabletek produktu badanego niekorzystnie wpływa na współpracę z pacjentem w zakresie dawkowania leku.

Influence of disintegration time of orodispersible tablets on cooperate with the patient
Aim of this study was to determine the disintegration time of ODTs tablets of tested products and tablets assumed as reference products.
In study of disintegration time the method of Motohiro et al. has been used. The results were evaluated statistically. The assessment of the results of the average disintegration times of tablets of reference products and ODTs tested product 5 mg showed that there are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0,05. With increasing content of olanzapine in tablets of 10 mg, 15 mg and 20 mg the disintegration time of tablets of reference products have significantly prolonged in comparison to ODTs tested products 10 mg, 15 mg and 20 mg.
Prolongation of disintegration time of tablets of reference product affects the cooperation with the patient concerning dosage.
