Drug problems in patients with hypertension arterialis might be often linked to insufficient disease control. Difficulties in therapy of hypertension, that are observed in patients with multiple co-morbidities, mainly arise from existing contraindications and drug intolerance. In this article the case of patient with hypertension arterialis and problems of proper therapeutic selection is presented.
