Aloe - mysterious power

Aloe, is used in several thousand years in medicine and cosmetics. The Egyptians were the first to describe its unusual properties in the Papyrus Ebers. Another mention comes from the Greek herbalist Pedanius Dioscoridesa with Anazarba. Medical texts from the period of China's Sung Dynasty talking about treating eczema (atopic dermatitis). Aloe has been used for centuries as a remedy (medicament) for burns, ulcers, constipation and as a conditioner for hair.
