Methods of sterility and microbiological purity control as well as endotoxins detection. Due to the danger of developing infection parenteral treatment should either be sterile and endotoxin free or of determined microbiological purity. The paper presents the methods of medical treatment sterility control, endotoxins detection and qualitative and quantitative methods of determination of acceptable levels of microbial contamination for various groups of medicines.
