Attenuated total reflection spectrophotometric technique (F|TIR-ATR) in pharmacy and drug putrity tests. The infrared spectrometry is an analytical, recommended by Pharmacopoeias method used in pharmacy and drug purity tests. The examples of it's applications in stability research of pharmaceutical formulations are given. The properties and advantages of FTIR-ATR (attenuated total reflection) spectophotometric technique are mentioned and described.
