Ethical aspects of the clinical trials of new drugs. Principles of proper conducting clinical trials, known as Good Clinical Practice developed on the basis of the Helsinki Declaration are an international medical, ethical and scientific standards in planning, documentation and publication results of these trials (including clinical studies of new drugs) with the participation of humans. Observance of these standards assures protection rights and safety of the people who takes part in trials and reliability of results.
