Animal experiments in research medicinal products – past or necessity

This composition applies to use of experimental animals to test medicines. Legal solutions are discussed in order to reduce the use of animals including necessity to implement alternative methods. Experimental animals are still needed for scientific research and safety in order to ensure high level of research in the current knowledge base.
