Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu uczyniono analizę podstaw prawnych powierzania zastępstwa kierownika apteki w świetle wyroku Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z dnia 20.02.2019 r., z uwzględnieniem znaczenia prawomocnego orzeczenia dla ochrony interesu pacjentów i farmaceutów oraz wzmocnienia pozycji farmaceuty jako gwaranta ochrony zdrowia publicznego.

Appointment of the deputy head of the pharmacy – protection of the interests of the patient and the pharmacist in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court of 20 February 2019

The aim of this article is to analyse legal regulations determining the appointment of the deputy head of the pharmacy in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court of February 20, 2019, taking into account the importance of the final judgment for the protection of the interests of patients and pharmacists and strengthening the position of a pharmacist as a guarantor of public health protection.
