The Second World War was a painful blow for pharmaceutical management in the Kujawy and Pomorze Gdańskie. From 1939 to 1945 sixty-two pharmacists – pharmacy owners and managers died. It was a half of quantity from 1939. Most of the victims caused the Third Reich policy, which seek to eliminate the social elites, which comprise the pharmacists. In this article the author attempts to discuss this issue.
