Leon Wachholz - the creator a new of forensic medicine in Poland.
He was discovered new methods and helped the Cracow institution to become a significant research of forensic medicine. Thanks to Professor Wachholz, Polish forensic medicine obtain the renown of the Europe. In 1896-1933 he was Professor of the Jagiellonian University. He was the author of 200 scientific papers of forensic medicine and history of medicine.
