Paediatric oral formulations. Drugs are often available only in dosages for adults. Before delivery to children they have to be reformulated, which causes a risk of making mistake in calculation or change of drug activity as a result of technological procedures. The paper concerns an improvement in security and effectiveness of paediatric pharmacotherapy by increasing availability of oral formulations for different age groups.
