Pharmacists profession status specified by law. Entries in the legal acts affect the situation of a specific professional group as well as the social function of the group. The law may create options for development but on the other hand, too strong intervention may bring about limitation of activity. The present status of the pharmacists profession has been shaped by the guidelines of the EU law, entries in the domestic law as well as by the Polish and European jurisdiction.
