Stability-testing of dental hydrogels with ketoprofen and therapeutic saline manufactured on the base of own formula. Model prescriptions of dental hydrogels with ketoprofen and therapeutic saline of anti-inflammatory activity were worked out. Their applicative properties were compared directly after production and after three months of storage. pH of the produced systems was measured with a potentiometric method and viscosity parameters were determined with a coneplate digital rheometer. Ketoprofen pharmaceutical availability was determined with a spectrophotometric method. The most beneficial results were obtained for a hydrogel produced on the base of Carbopol 980. This system demonstrates very high pharmaceutical availability of ketoprofen, proper viscosity parameters and stability of the structure after three months of storage.
